Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation 
to your doorstep. Shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the buyer

*Standard Freight Commercial Shipping, if Residential please specify due to Residential Freight shipping is an Additional Cost.

Packaging and Shipping

All items are sold FOB our dock in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, unless otherwise noted. We can arrange shipping of your order. Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation A to your doorstep. Shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the buyer of each item.

Shipping is not included. Please message or call for a quote.

  • All of our Quotes for Commercial Addresses, with loading dock.
  • Please specify if it is a residential address – additional charge
  • Please specify if Lift gate is Needed – additional charge
  • Items are shipped within 1-5 Business Days
  • Please include Contact Phone number with Payment, this is required for LTL Freight Carriers

Standard packing for large or heavy items usually consists of securing the item, with strapping, to a pallet and then shrink-wrapping the item.

You may arrange your own shipping we will prep for shipping for a fee per standard pallet and an additional fee for an oversized pallet.

Standard packing for smaller/lighter items is in a durable cardboard container, filling voids with packing material.  Smaller/lighter items are usually shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground.  There are no packing charges except as specifically noted for delicate items.

We do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor do we accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our warehouse.

Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Please inspect your items upon receipt.  Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location.

Any added shipping services not preauthorized by us prior to shipping will be the sole financial responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the freight carrier by customer.

 CUSTOMER PICKUPS

Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays.  Our staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle. There are no loading fees.

Appointments for pickup must be made at least one business day in advance by contacting us at 954-562-9218 Owner Cell or 954-982-2119 Office/Warehouse

RETURNS

We will work with the customer under the following conditions:

  • Buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance charges for returns.
  • Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Buyer is responsible for repacking the item for return.
  • Large or heavy items that were banded to a pallet and shrink-wrapped must be returned in the same fashion.
  • Refund includes the item purchase price ONLY and does not include any shipping charges.

We Will Not Be Responsible for Freight Damages After the Merchandise Leaves Our Warehouse. All Items Must Be Inspected at The Time of Delivery for Any Damages That May (Although Rare) Have Occurred During Shipping. The Driver Should Be Made Aware of Any and All Damages Before Leaving the Delivery Location. All Copies of the Bill of Lading Should Be Noted and Signed by The Consignee and The Driver. Freight Claim Must Then Be Promptly Filed.
