Packaging and Shipping
All items are sold FOB our dock in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, unless otherwise noted. We can arrange shipping of your order. Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation to your doorstep. Shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the buyer of each item.
Shipping is not included. Please message or call for a quote.
Standard packing for large or heavy items usually consists of securing the item, with strapping, to a pallet and then shrink-wrapping the item.
You may arrange your own shipping we will prep for shipping for a fee of $40 per standard pallet and $80 for an oversized pallet.
Standard packing for smaller/lighter items is in a durable cardboard container, filling voids with packing material. Smaller/lighter items are usually shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground. There are no packing charges except as specifically noted for delicate items.
We do not accept responsibility for packaging performance, nor do we accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our warehouse.
Filing of damage claims with the freight carrier is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Any damages must be documented with the freight carrier before they depart your location.
Any added shipping services not preauthorized by us prior to shipping will be the sole financial responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the freight carrier by customer.
CUSTOMER PICKUPS
Items are available for pickup at our warehouse Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the loading of your vehicle. There are no loading fees.

RECEIVING
Freight Shipments:
We Will Not Be Responsible for Freight Damages After the Merchandise Leaves Our Warehouse. You, or someone representing you at time of delivery is Fully Responsible for inspecting your order properly! All Items Must Be Inspected at The Time of Delivery for Any Damages That May (Although Rare) Have Occurred During Shipping.
Malteseandco.com will NOT be responsible for shipments/deliveries that are not fully inspected. You, or the person representing you, should NOT sign the BOL or receipt of paperwork unless the shipment is visually inspected. Once you Sign for received shipment “as is”, YOU will be responsible thereafter.
RETURNS
ALL Returns are subject to APPROVAL, NO returns will be accepted and no credit will be issued without advance authorization from Malteseandco.com;
